Steve and Wendy are seeking to adopt through open adoption with birthmother




	Our Home We love our home, and think it’s a great place to raise our child, on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on a friendly tree-lined street, walking distance to a good elementary school. Our three bedroom house is spacious and comfortable, with a big yard and pool, and we’re excited about having a little one here to enjoy it all with us! We’ve become avid gardeners, and have planted a variety of fruit trees and many different kinds of delicious vegetables. It’s a great treat to be able to pick our salad from the garden – and everything tastes so much better! Sharing the daily tasks of life is fun for us, and we like to cook, clean, shop, decorate and garden together. We had a great time painting colorful accent walls in our house, and we especially like our blue dining room “beach” wall that has pictures of beaches on the blue wall and part of Wendy’s vast shell collection next to it. We just painted the outside of our house (June, 2010), and love how bright, cheerful and inviting it looks. All of our neighbors are friendly and helpful and are excited about having another baby on the block! Our next door neighbors have an eight-month old baby and especially look forward to the arrival of a playmate. The stuffed animals are already lined up in our child’s room, and we plan to live here for at least ten years, and probably until our child graduates from high school. We feel very fortunate to be able to raise our child in such a safe, nurturing home and environment.
